MMM Degree - Bro. Jason Paterson & Bro. Paul Ross
Many thanks to all the brethren who came along to St Anthony No 154 last night to support Bro Jason Paterson on his being advanced to MMM. As a bonus, Bro Paul Ross of St Mary's No 1287 had come along with his father who had told hiom it was a MM degree. He had not yet had his Mark so was advanced at the same time. Congratulations to Bro Mike Stephen and his team for coping with this unexpected change; it did not throw them too much and they conferred a first class ceremonial

Visit - Lodge Royal Ancient No. 1179
Another great night out, this time at Lodge Royal Ancient, Kintore, No 1179. A well worked MM degree, a good report from PGL (it was their Annual Visitation) and an excellent donation made to GL's nominated charity, Prostate Scotland.
It was again good to see another fine turnout of visitors from far and near, some from outwith our Province. Everybody seemed to have enjoyed the evening going by the happy faces at the Harmony; the happiest of all, tho', was the Treasurer due

Visit - Lodge Aurora Borealis No. 1809
First visit to Lodge Aurora Borealis, Portsoy, No 1809, this evening. Nearly didn't make it due to so many roads being closed. However, I managed to get there on time. An interesting evening although the attendance was lower than I had expected. So that makes 4 Provinces in 4 consecutive nights, Renfrewshire East, Aberdeenshire East, Aberdeenshire West and Banffshire. Lodge St Bryde's No. 991- MM Degree
An excellent MM degree tonight by Lodge St Bryde, Kemnay, No 991 on Bro Jason Paterson of Lodge St Anthony. Pleased to see such a good turnout of 154 brethren; together with other visitors, the Lodge looked quite full. This no doubt helped the degree team as it is harder to do a good degree in an empty Lodge. Credit also to Bro Paterson on the way he answered the test questions and also how he conducted himself during the ceremony. I am sure that he will prove to be a credit

Mother Lodge Visit
Most enjoyable trip to my ML yesterday where I witnessed a FC degree for 3 candidates conferred by the O/B's of the Lodge. This was unusual as normally we invite a sister Lodge to confer second degrees. An almost faultless performance and I am sure that the newly passed brethren were suitably impressed. This was my first visit since the alterations were made to the Temple; plush bench seating installed and a fine mural on the upper West wall - a copy of the print of Burns bei
